2016 Alante 30 AM bed slide is stalling.

We purchased this unit second hand in October. We have been having trouble extending and retracting the bed slide. This problems is getting worst. After inspecting the coach's other slides, I noticed that the bed slide does not have rollers or Teflon pads like the other two slides. I contacted Jayco and was informed that is was designed without rollers or pads!!

We know not to have any extra weight on the slide and my husband has to 'help' guide the slide while I press the switch.

Is there a fix to the issue? Any suggestions?

It's on YouTube somewhere and worked for me. Our slide went out and in sideways. I had to do this procedure twice.

Press slide out button, when both sides make it out all the way, hold button five seconds more. Move slide in 8 inches or so. Press out button and hold again. Do it once more. This helps slide find home.

Every time you move slide in or out hold button additional 3-5 seconds.

This is for swintek slide only.
