2018 Precept 31UL, locking gas cap, Spring Training

We just bought our first RV and we’re carefully loading it with all of the things we need. Anxiously awaiting our first trip, and looking forward to Spring Training in Scottsdale, Az. Does anyone know of a model number for a locking gas cap? Any recommendations on RV Parks near Scottsdale?

I sure hope this trip goes smoothly or my wife will leave me in the desert. any tips?

Cookmeat, a few threads below this you'll see a couple of references for the gas cap. Sorry I can't help you on Scottsdale.

Thank you

I placed my order. I’ll let everyone know if it fits properly.

Scottsdale is not really a "RV friendly town". There are many RV parks nearby in Mesa and Apache Junction, but there are also many "snowbirds" here this time of year.
There are also a few parks closer to us where I-17 meets the Loop 101--which is only 10 miles west of north Scottsdale and some of the ball parks.

The best we can suggest is to start calling some of the parks listed at RV Park Reviews - Trusted Reviews of Campgrounds & RV Parks and ask about availability.

Don't fret once you get to the Valley...give us a shout and we will try and help out anyway we can if needed.

P.S. There is also a full-service Jayco dealer at I-17 and Loop 101; www.LittleDealer.com.

Smile Thanks for your response

Thanks for the information on Scottsdale. This will be our first big trip and we’re really looking forward to it going well. We hope the baseball is good too.
