Does your lights on the on/off line remain lit 24/7 even with radio off?

Are you talking about the radio by the outside tv? No lights on mine when off.

No, radio and gps in dash

There are 2 power buttons, 1 on the top of the remote unit and 1 on the base. You need to hold the base power button in for about 2 seconds to turn it off.
