2019 Precept 31UL passenger mirror

Does any one have an issue seeing out of the bottom mirror because it is to low? This is a safety issue for me, but Jayco claims it is installed correctly.

Have you tried to loosen the mirror and raise it and tighten it back? I'm considering that due to my safety concern.

The square mounting block can be 2"-2.5" below the bottom of the window glass is what I found out on this one.
