2019 Precept 34g toilet

We left our MH for a week at the park while we traveled home for few days. LP off, water off. Upon returning we found the toilet was completely full of water and even overflowed some. (No visible damage). Would anyone have an idea how that could have happened and how to avoid in the future?? Thx for any insight!

If the waterline is disconnect from the pedestal and trailer, that will void the problem, unless someone else created mischief. Water-pump off wouldn't create that situation either. So another option looks at operator error? Its a mystery...
