2019 shower leak

anyone had trouble with shower door leaking at bottom?
i have a brand new precept prestige, first shower water running under doors onto floor
weep holes on bottom track on outside of shower door
water run down door into track then onto floor
installed backwards
also there is no sealant where track meets glass
any suggestions?

The answer is take it back to your dealer to have it fixed or an authorized service center. It's covered under the 2 year warranty.

I had that problem and dealer permanently fixed on first attempt. No biggie.

I didn't have anything backwards, just not sealed. Bought the TT in April, no opportunity to use shower until August. Did not thinl much about water on the floor until DW was showering and water running down shower base while on a trip in November...Pharr RVs of Lubbock got right on it and sealed frame to the base while we were in for other repairs. Radiused shower works great for us old overstuffed folks.

Ours leaked also but I cleaned it and resealed/caulked it. No more leaks. I didn't want to go to the dealer for this plus I can do a neater job myself.

Our Seneca leaked on the first night headed home. You could see where the last 4" where the track meets the shower wasnt sealed. I resealed across the front and up the track ends and it hasnt leaked since. Same as GCSuper, it took 10 minutes and I knew it was done right ans not setting at a dealer for 2 weeks.

Our 31v did the same thing and we noticed it when we stayed overnight at the dealer. We mentioned it and they resealed it the next day. Seems to be a recurring theme here...
