Another potentially dumb question. Can I plug my 30 amp coach into a 50 amp receptacle with the appropriate conversion plug without damaging my electrical system?

I have ours plugged into a 50amp. You have to get one of those dog bones that reduces 50amp to 30amp. So far no problem.

On my 2018 Alante 31V there is a push button just below the camera screen and I think the first one to the right of the power switch for the screen that turn on the back-up camera manually. The Tow Haul switch is a button on the end of the switch lever.

I have a 2018 Alante 26x.
I can turn the backup camera manually via the integrated Garmin /Furion display. Selection is on the home page.

The tow switch that helps brake and shifting is on the end of the shift handle.

Another issue. Cable hookup. We're at a park with free cable. Cable tested and it works. However autoscan will not display any channels. External cable is plugged into "cable" in the water closet. Antenna is OFF (no green light). Haven't had this issue before. All troubleshooting and internet searches have not solved the problem. Any ideas?

Had the same thing on our new Precept 31UL. Turned out the "Satellite" and "Cable" terminals were reversed. Hooked up to "Satellite" and VOILA!. I reached behind and swapped the cables, so now all is well.

Not sure if we have the same TVs or not, but on my TVs I have to choose which type of scan i'm doing. OTA, Cable from Wall, Sat/Cable Box, etc... I assume you chose cable from the wall? Beyond that and the previous recommendation, there isn't much else beside the antenna booster being on which you said was off. You could pull the wall plate for the antenna switcher and make sure the cable is attached like it should be, or remove it and go direct to the TV to see if the switcher is the issue. After that, I'm out of ideas.

Thanks. I tried that last night but will give it another shot. Hopefully that's the fix.

24 hours of troubleshooting....no cable. The best that Jayco Customer/Tech Support could offer was to have a mobile RV service tech some out and fix it. Not worth the $$ as we're only here one more night. Very frustrating since the cable worked everywhere until we got here. Dumbfounded in Holbrook, AZ....

Can you bypass all of it by running cable from post directly to the TV? It would verify the input ( and maybe get you some TV temporarily.

Agreed.... I would take it directly to the outside TV which is easier to get to the back of since it pulls out and swivels. It could be the "cable" is digital and requires a box to "decode" it and switch it to analog? I wouldn't think so, but you never know.

No luck on the cable. Perhaps a blessing in disguise!! Another stupid question. After looking at my manual it is unclear if my 2020 Alante 31V (Ford V10) generator runs on gas or propane. This is important since we just went through a direct hit from Sally in Pensacola. Neither my gas or propane are showing any significant drop so I'm a bit confused. Thank you.

Motorhome generators typically are fueled from the same tank that supplies the chassis engine and are designed to shut the generator off when the tank level drops to about a 1/4 tank so you don’t run the tank dry. I doubt that Jayco has changed this.

So even hooking the cable to the outside TV directly it did not work? Its likely bad cable at the park or its digital cable and needs a box to decode. As others have said the generator is gasoline and runs from the same tank as the chassis, and you want to pay attention to the fuel level it will likely shutoff about 1/4 tank.
