2020 entegra vision 34b battery connections

I have one battery with 3 leads to the positive post. the second battery has one lead to the positive post. Is this correct. The battery with one lead does not seem to be charging.
Thanks

Every battery requires two connections at minimum in order to charge and\or provide power. You are missing the ground connection from what I am reading here. ~CA

Clarification to original post. Both batteries have ground wires attached. I am only referring to the positive posts

I know you have ground wires, is there a ground wire from the first battery to the second battery it should look like this (there can be extra cables)

Three leads to the positive may be:
One must go to the power panel to provide 12 volt power to the RV and in reverse carries the charge current to the battery.
If you have a powered tongue jack one may go directly there.

Last may be going to the device that provides AC by drawing 12 volts and converting it to AC power.

Or, if you have solar one may be from the solar controller to keep the batteries charged.
