2020 Precept 31UL New to Us Review ?

A couple weeks on the road driving in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama in our slightly used, about 6K, 31UL. About 1,300 road miles so far on this trip.
Lots of rain and cold and darn little sunshine, or warmth, in the "sunny South".

2nd RV for us, previous was a Class C Winnebago.
Handling is a bit ponderous and the unit IS top heavy.
Power is good towing our 2015 Ford Edge.
Passing trucks don't push us around too much.
Defrosters are a bit of a joke as we discovered our first cold, wet morning.
The Soundstream radio is awkwardly positioned, difficult and dangerous ?, to operate while driving. Bluetooth not pairing for us or the dealer's guys.

Good news is everything is working so far.
The couch may depart in the future for some recliner combination.
The wife flipped a couple COSTCO obtained collapsible crates over and added cushions on top to use as footstools which works quite well for now.

So much for now.
Back on the road tomorrow headed South again.

Welcome Bykerhd,

Congrats on your 31UL! We also bought a 2020 31UL, Picked it up last May. We put 2K miles on it last year and heading to GA next week. We love it, suits our needs very well. Only a few minor issues that needed taken care of and our dealer has been attentive. Knock on wood! FYI, there is a very active group for 'Jayco Precept and Alante owners' on FB. Safe travels!!
