2021 Alante 31v outside radio

Hi guys! I have power to my tv and power to the radio, but the radio (Furrion) won't work. Any ideas? I've replaced the inline 10amp fuse and confirmed there is power to the plug-in connector at the back of the radio. I've removed the face plate and cleaned the contacts, but still nothing.

I assume by does not work, it doesn't even power up? If you have confirmed power beyond the fuse, then it must be an internal issue and I would contact your dealer or Jayco for a replacement.

Alot of times, these radios have an "igniton" wire, make sure that one has 12V as well. If not the internals will power up, but it will never turn on. Do you get anything on the display?

Thanks. I did confirm power to at the radio side of the fuse, so it must be the unit.

Nothing on the display. I've tried with shore power and with the ignition both on and off.
