The ice maker tube may have come undone as when I turned the main water on I had water leaking behind refrigerator and sink. I turned off the water valve to the fridge but wonder where the hose attaches and how I may get to it without pulling the fridge out?

The model is a 2022 Precept 34G. Yes it is a residential size refrigerator. Thanks for the tips.

If it’s residential, more than likely have to pull it to check the ice maker water supply line unless it’s something from the sink.
Did the leak stop after turning off the valve to the ice maker?

My 2021 Precept Prestige 36h has a panel below/behind the tv outside that I take off to get to the water supply for the refrigerator.

Yes the leak stopped once the valve was shut off.

What valve did you turn off. Can you share where that's located? I have a 2021 34G and have a water leak under the fridge.

Under the sink
