31ul cargo bay question

In the second large bay from the front there is some sort of cover toward the rear of the bay on the ceiling in the middle. Any idea what this is? I was told the tv cable splitter?

It probably covers access to plumbing, motors, or electronics. Take it off and take a look.

Yep, went to remove it today and didn't have the correct size torx screwdriver.
