It's a #2 square bit. You can get them at the box chain stores, HD, Lowes, etc, hardware stores should have them too.
I think I got a 4 pack of them from Harbor Freight for a few bucks.

The brief description of what you’re looking for leaves a lot to be desired for something that, on the surface, appears to be rather unusual. One or more pictures would help.
The more information you can provide will result in quicker and better results.

If you asked for a 8 point screw, they likely don't know what you are talking about. Does the hole look square or like a spline? Hard to help without some more information or a picture.

The screws Jayco uses confuse a lot of people, they look like a Torx but are 8 point, this is actually called a double square screw and like mentioned above a standard #2 bit will work in them just fine. If you want, you can get true double square bits for them but they are unnecessary.

I've been using Robertson's (square drive) screws for years. I agree, the first thing I put in the RV tool kit was a couple of #2 square drive bits in it.
Once you use square drive screws, you'll dislike phillips as much as a phillips made you hate sloted.
Yeah, I forgot to list square, but the eight point looks less sure, even though it probable seats better than a phillips.
The double square is just as secure with the driver as a square but is. The double square was made for a production setting as it is faster for the worker to get the bit to index with the screw head. Pretty common in the RV and especially the Cargo Trailer industry.

I also have mostly #2 square heads, but when working on the upper dash area
i found what looked like a torx head but had a pin in the center. After a little research i found that they are called "Torx Security" easy to find once i knew what they were called.
I took my tools out of the rig today as it was in a frame shop. I had to make a run to ACE hardware to get a #2 square bit because the frame guy did not have one to access a panel in my underbelly.

What is a square screwdriver bit called?
Square or Robertson
This type of screw will require the use of screwdriver bits are known as square recess bits or roberston bits. The are sometimes called roberston because they were invented by a Canadian named P.L. Roberston in 1908.
