Adding Air to Tires

I've had trouble adding air to my Precept tires.

The back tires (have extenders on all 4) seem to need a different chuck than the front?

And I'm not sure where to stop when on the road if I need to add air?

Any advice?

Stop at any automotive or truck tire center and have them add air.
Get one of these air gauges;

Thank you. That's the gauge I have it's terrific. This question is more about advice on my adding air myself.

Unless you can find a traditional service station with a full size compressor that allows you to use it then letting a tire tech at an automotive or truck tire store add air is about the only option except for buying your own capable compressor which many owners have.
The small compressors in the Air for $.50 boxes at most gas stations will not have the capacity for larger tires.

We find most automotive or truck tire stores will kindly add air for no charge. We usually tip the tech a couple of bucks.

My inner rear valve stems were rotated so I couldn't get any type of air chuck on them, not even a 90 degree chuck at the truck tire center. I had the mechanic remove the outer wheels and rotate the valve stems on the inners so that they would be lined up strait with a hole on the outer wheels. I bought a commercial grade pressure gauge and now am all set. My air compressor can get up to 120 PSI so I can fill the tires myself.

No,they are all standard valve stems. I have found however that you need to get the air chuck on the valve perfectly straight to fill air.

McGarrett, I installed extenders myself and bought a small Black and Decker compressor that can fill up to 150lbs and stops when you reach your setting. Also, I wanted it to be able to run on 110v outlet. I can access an outlet easier that a cigarette lighter. Now checking and filling is an easy process
