Exclamation Alante 29s 2019 front storage water leak

Alante 29s 2019 front storage water leak right side just after the front steering wheel. As anyone had that happen to them. What did you to do to fix the problem. Will appreciated any idea and the leak seem to come from the top were there is a big bolt and washer

Thank you for any info!

The condensation from our cab air conditioner drips from that general location.

I don't think that it is a problem. It is supposed to do that, just like in your car's air conditioner.

I know what you are saying, is there a way to divert the condensation to not dripping on the storage box

thank you

My doesn't drip on the storage box. Mine drips in front of the tire onto the ground. I would crawl under the front, find the condensate rubber drip tube and relocate it.

The big bolt is the one that holds the passenger seat to the chassis. Do you notice the leak more during certain times? Like more when the AC is running, or more if driving through rain? I would try to check to see what's above the box if anything. The AC drain line should be far enough away from this to not interfere, since its in front of the axle. Smell the moisture to see if it has a smell. Maybe its a small leak in the radiator water hose? Was anything spilled around the passenger seat recently?

Any additional information you can give may be helpful... is it continuous? sporadic?

Thank you so much. I know, I will have to crawl underneath to really see what’s really going on. But due to my handicap will have to wait. I just bought this unit use from one owner and asked few questions but he’s not sure about it. I think, he sold his unit because it was took much for him. All the points you brought up are really good point. It is nice to know that the big bolts is for the front seat so it means that there’s not too much space there I will have to crawl underneath to see what is the real problem will let you know. Thank you again

First pictures

The big bolt underneath is the seatbelt holder As you can see the wood is swell around the bolt but floor seem to be fine on top

This is the other end of the frame, I can't tell if there is a space where water can go. Second pic is the top of the railing

I have a 2019 Entegra Vision 31v and had the same problem. On my first trip early 2019 I hit a good rain storm. Several storage compartments had water in them. The factory did a very poor job sealing the compartments around the inside of the door frame where they attach. I applied (liberally) black silicone sealer using a standard caulking gun around all the compartments where they mated to the inner door frame. There were also some gaps along the ceiling mating surface that runs across the basement. I've been through a couple of rainy drives and so far so good.

Black octopus

Just got precept back from dealer concerning water leak front compartment. They caulked in the upper part of compartment where it meets the floor. Said some was missing. Hope this helps
