Alante 29s 2019 Windshield and A/C Mod

Did a cover for my front windshield and did the ac modifications.

The windshield was done withe magnet on the outside of the windshield. This cut 100 percent the sun. Still have some trimming to do but for now will do just fine!.

The ac I just did the tipee to cover the hole where the arrow is, on the plastic frame and cover the inside corner to direct the air properly.

I had both of my son in law to help me on those project.

Thanks for sharing. Magnets at the top and wipers holding the bottom? Or magnets all around? What did you use for the material (link)?

More info

This is what I use

Resisto Ayr-Foil M2V Reflective Aluminum Foil - 48-in x 125-ft Roll - For Walls and Ceilings - Air Bubble Layers

I have 6 magnet install on the outside windshield on top and 3 on each side. I use gorilla double side tape instead of the 3m supply with the magnet. Now for what I know will have use the 3m sticker supply with the magnet, make the installation easier and will have use only Clear Gorilla tape for the everything. Very good tape.

The foil have Aluminum on one side and white bubble on the other side way cheaper that way. Will do the job.

Will provide a picture of the magnet around the windshield when I go camping tomorrow.

This is very easy to install and you need to people but take less then a minute.

It is a lot of foil but I have enough to cover all the window and replace front windshield if need too. That was the cheapest way to go for me
