Alante transmission problem question

Was wondering if anyone else has had their check engine and tow/haul light come on together and experienced the transmission stuck in 4th gear. We've had our 2020 Alante 26X for 2 years and 5000 miles and it ran flawlessly....until now. Just wondering if this may be a known issue. Or maybe I got a mouse in there chewing on some wires...

This happened 2 weeks ago, pulled into rest area, shut off ignition. Then starter wouldn't even turn (Can hear starter and fuel pump relays clicking and yes, battery has plenty of juice).

Of course the commercial Ford dealer that I had it towed to can't even look at for at least another week or 2.
