Alante wiper blades

Has anyone replaced their Alante wiper blades yet? If yes what brand and where did you buy them. I saw a link to Trico for the Precept and I am wondering if its the same part number for the Alante?

Trico 67-324 32

I replaced ours with the Trico 67-324 (2016 Alante 26x). Great upgrade.

I'd like to replace the motors. The intermittent feature is barely functional. Stops in the middle of the 'wipe' all the time.

Do the blades perform a 'full' wipe when in the normal 'on' mode, or do they stop short, and return to the 'parked' position when turned off? If do the motor only needs to be adjusted.

They get stuck mid position when tyring to use the 'low speed' adjustments during light rains.

OK, that sounds like binding, or there is no lube on the connector arms under the cowling. If the motor is working at other times, ie: heaver rain, or on high speed, check the connector links and try lubing them.

Yes, thanks for the confirmation of the model number for the blades. Hate buying the wrong type and having to return. They fit and function perfectly.

Are your wiper arms the large j-hook type? They are on my 2016 Alante 26, and the Trico 67-324 32 do not appear to be designed for the j-hook. Having a devil of a time finding them.

Michael.. we upgraded to a 5th wheel last year but if memory serves, they were a j-hook and I too had a heck of a time finding them. I may have ordered them directly from Trico. Google them up.. include the product number and size. Good luck!

You have to remove and toss the plastic insert in the end and then they fit fine, I use them on my Alante 26AY and really like them..... except for the price! I get mine from Amazon HERE
Protect your blades with covers when parked, and used the plastic stand off's to keep them off of the windshield heat.

Remember when you could buy just the little rubber insert for a couple bucks and slide it into your wiper arm? Oh well, if a frog had wheels...

I ordered my wiper blades from O'Reilly auto parts, but they were pricey, 32.00 ea.
