Smile Bathroom plumbing leak under sink to toilet

I have a leak under the sink (black T’ type fitting), going to my toilet. It look like a relief valve or cap?

Any replacement part for this?

Pex fitting. No need for crimping or clamping like in a house. Just use the PTC fitting. You CAN crimp or clamp it, but for that application...I'd push connect it. Is the fitting leaking or around the fitting. I doubt the Pex tube itself is leaking. Not fond of the clamps for Pex but I do like the brass crimp rings. Make sure the connector you buy is for Pex-B F1807 fitting.

I replaced with same type replacement unit. Still sounds like it’s leaking and makes a loud pitched noise.
If that is on the sprayer inside the black tank (?), it should only be used with the flushing hose turned on, and not the regular water line? Mine is leaking with the water line turned on. Not the flush (or clean out hose) turned on.
