Both living area slide outs will not operate

We have a 2016 Precept 31UL. Just pulled in to an RV park for the night and got set up. However, neither of the living area slide outs will operate. (Bedroom works fine.) Already checked the fuse and it is fine. We are plugged in to 50 amps and should have plenty of power. A/C and all other systems are working. Not sure if it is power related or something is lose. But since it is affecting both slide outs, I thought it might not be mechanical. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I'll call Jayco on Monday. But it'd be nice to get them working for the rest of the weekend.

Can you manually open them? I know some travel trailers have that capability. That would at least help rule out some things.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, you can manually extend or retract the slide outs. However, I've not tried it before, and the instructions to do it on this motorhome are rather complicated. I guess I need to learn how! That would get us through the weekend. But I'm still hoping to find the cause, which almost has to be electrical since it's affecting both slides.

You say the fuse is good? You may need to start at the slide switches and make sure you are getting 12volts to the switch. Do you have a test light or meter?

I have a 2015 31UL and on mine....there is a small panel below the bathroom sink area and if I remove this panel I can see all the wiring that goes up to the main control panel where the slide switches are. If your's is the same maybe remove that panel and shake some of the wires.....just a thought

Problem solved. There are 2 fuses for the living area slide outs. I looked down the list and saw a main living area slide out fuse, saw it was good, and didn't keep looking. Farther down the list there are additional fuses for the slide out motors. My oversight. But all is well now. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions and communication.
