Broken chassis brackets

Pokey, who did you finally get at Jayco HQ to agree to the fix. I just discovered 6 chassis brackets on 2017 Alante are completely broken. This is definitely a factory defect. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I took my rig to a shop that specializes in Frames and wheels. He looked at it and told me to bring it back in a couple of weeks. I backed it into his shop and he jacked it up, replaced the bracket and bushings. I was on the way home in a few hours.
He said that the center supports are prone to bend on fifth wheels due to stress and even a sharp backing movement or even a bumpy road can stress and bend them.
No way to tell when or what caused it. I paid him his very reasonable fee and was on was on my merry way.

After talking to other owners and also to driver who drove my RV back to Jayco, I believe Jayco is aware of bracket issues. Possible defective materials. (My opinion not theirs). After months of going back and forth directly with Jayco (not the dealer) they agreed to come pick up RV, fix it, and return it to Florida. RV was out of warranty by the time we discovered broken brackets. They covered all cost.
