Is there a website for selling/buying tow vehicles.

I'm not aware of a website specific to tow vehicles. Most vehicle search websites allow you to add filters for type, engine size but I'm not aware of any that allow you narrow things down to payload capacity or maximum towing capability. That would be a very helpful feature.
