I installed a new Samsung smart tv in the bedroom of our 2018 Alante and could not get various inputs from antenna, campground cable, dvd etc. TV said they were connected but no signal. I went to Amazon and bought and installed a signal booster, everything works now, had to do same for HDMI input. Here is what I bought.

“GE Indoor TV Antenna Amplifier Low Noise Antenna Signal Booster Clears Up Pixelated Low-Strength Channels HD TV Digital VHF UHF AC Power Adapter Black 42178”

Hope y’all have safe travels.

2021 Precept 31Ul

So my park cable was not working, dealer gave me the song and dance that an entire new line needed to be run and they could not get to it until February.

So today I dove into it myself. I removed the DVD player in the cabinet above the dinette and took off the cover panel containing 2 110 volt outlets and the king antenna connection. What a rats nest of wires. I sorted everything out and found a 3way splitter. All 3 TVs were connected to this splitter as was the incoming signal was from the antenna. In addition I found 3 unconnected cable wires. I used a toner and located the cables going to the wet bay.
Once I found the one listed on the wet bay as ANT I connected it to the incoming signal on the King amplifier. I also found the cable listed as Sat and I tagged it (not using satellite currently)

Needless to say now my cable connection works when connected to the parks cable.

I’m sure the dealers know what is going on but they tell you they need to run a new line. This way they bill Jayco for hours of work that they don’t do.

I had a total of about 2 hours in this repair and I labeled all of the cables.

Great job! Our first TT an Open Range, the cable/sat connections didn't work at the wet bay. Took the dealer all day to troubleshoot and fix the wires. Our 2019 355mbqs, when I connected the Sat connection to Dish, it wouldn't work. Spent about an hour on it, then decided to try it on Aux. It worked. There's no way so many people and so many RVs can have so many problems with cable/sat/tv ant connections. I think the factories do it on purpose.
