Class A MH Parked in CG 4 months - NEED advice on do's/dont's

Class A MH ENTEGRA 2019 Gas fired Ford V10, first long term CG stay coming up Nov,20-Feb,21 Arizona, NW of Phoenix. I know MH's are made to b driven - need advice on do's & dont's. What to anticipate?!

You shouldn't need to do anything special. We had numerous 4-5 month stays in one park.. Only thing would be don't forget to run the geny, just be sure you disconnect from shore power before firing it up.

Cover the tires, check pressure once a month, don't forget to exercise the engine when you do the generator. Patrol the roof monthly.
I would get some bubble wrap style duct insulation that has Mylar reflective coating. Brand name is Reflectix, many stores sell it. Cut pieces for any window not used a lot to reflect heat and sun fading. Works well for roof vents/skylights that let in to much heat and sun.

Fill the gas tank just before you store. This way less air will be sucked into the gas tank due to a heat cold expansion so less moisture in gas tank.
