Cleaning under slide inside of coach and rodent droppings

We just purchased a 2018 Jayco Precept 29v. Love it.....pretty much. Guess we didn't do the best inspection and found rodent droppings and bits of insulation, mostly under the slide on the inside of the coach and lots of debris like dog hair. How can I clean this area? We have a full wall slide and there is debris under the entire slide. Very hard to reach and only have about an inch in height to work with. And what would you suggest in trying to find out where they may be getting in? I also suspect they may be some activity under the doghouse area.

First: How to clean. Try a long crevice vac extension tool like some of these https://www.amazon.com/s?k=vac+crevi..._ss_ts-a-p_1_7 or one of these duster products: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=dusters+f..._ss_ts-a-p_2_6

As far as "how do they get in... some thoughts? If you have any hole/crack about the size of a nickel or quarter they can get in. Check all wire and water entry area and seal if needed. Also, consider what I do for storage.
I put four of these out behind the tires
https://www.amazon.com/Tomcat-Killer...%2C219&sr=8-19

and these traps behind all the tires.

good luck,
Mark

Also you could try a 30" dryer brush-look at amazon.

Unfortunately, the item I purchased is no longer available on amazon, looks like a flexible plastic yard stick that is covered with 2 pieces of felt. The felt slides off and I can throw in washer.

Just be care when you are poking thinks under the slides, there are electrical wires and you don't want to jiggle and disconnect anything.

You have lots of room if you have an inch of clearance. I would use a long thin stick or dowel rod. Attach a couple Swiffer pads to it. Might want to staple them on or some really good adhesive (hotmelt??)

Agree with Jagiven.... a yardstick and swiffter pickup would be perfect
