Debgot
We are out with out 2021 Jayco Alante 31v and the Gerard on demand water heater won’t light we are new to on demand water heaters. Any suggestions

The switch in the water heater compartment must be in the "on" position. Also, the hot water switch on the command panel must be in the "on" position.
