Desk/Workstation - Custom matched stain

I built this last year while travelling and working from the RV. I used the existing cocktail table base for one side and legs on the other side for stability. The legs fold up and lock into place if necessary, and the table swivels for easy in and out of the passenger seat. I'm able to use it while driving and radio and AC controls are still easy to access. Simple and cheap to do, plus I can take it out anytime I want. This is it before we finsihed it.

We recently took one of the cabinet doors to Sherwin Williams and they custom matched a stain for us to match the interior cabinets. I believe the name of the color from the factory is Newport Maple, its the darker color with a bit a gray. I think the color came out very good considering the differences in wood and grain patterns. I did the legwork nd spoke to the factory and thet sent me to CCI / Finishworks who does their cabinetry. I spoke to CCI and they would've sold me a quart of this but it had to be applied with a spray gun, and well I'm not equiped, so this was the next best thing. For anyone who needs it, the info on the factory stain from CCI is below.

Nice, did you think about placing a Conference Recessed Power Strip Socket with USB Ports in the table. I bought an accent table to place between my chairs which has USB ports and power outlet. I see yours is more of a work station although I do use mine for my laptop. Your area appears to be a wider area between the captains chairs than what my 2014 has.....

The next step will be to mount the power strip under the table to keep the top as clean as possible. Regarding recessed power strip, I have to see what I can do on that as the legs fold up and would possibly impact it, so still reviewing those options.

Setup and ready for the laptop when we take off... I work from the RV while we travel, so really need a decent surface.
