Our 2017 31UL entry door has been an issue from day one! Works a little better in warmer weather. The entire door is sagging. Strike plate alignment is impossible. That door, sooner or later, is going to come open and hit something. Maybe then Jayco will have figured out the entry doors are crap! My dealer has tried 4 times to correct the issue.

My 2016 Alante has the same problem. In really cold weather it becomes tight (we use ours all year). Our previous Coachman did not have this problem.

After reading this thread I would call this a design flaw - not that it will cause Jayco to start taking care of their customers or anything crazy like that.
