Engine light

Just bought this precept 31UL.... does anyone know how to turn this engine light off? I can’t find a switch?

Are there any other compartment lights on also?

I'd look for a small hidden switch on the light itself, perhaps you have to press on the lens. Any switch inside marked as utility, auxiliary, or no markings, on the dash? A plunger switch that the hood contacts when it's closed, that may need adjusting, or has failed.

Excellent. I'm glad it's off so it doesn't drain the batteries.

HA! We have a 2020 31UL and I wasn't aware there's a light in there! Will have to look for it next time we're at the storage lot. All three batteries were down a few weeks ago, so I charged them up and disconnected them... wonder if the light was on and I didn't realize it...

Funny, I found ours on the night after we took delivery of our Alante too, didn't even know there was a light there until it was dark.
