Equalizer Levelers

We have an Alante 31V that the levelers have just started acting up-not going down all the way or retracting at all. Fluid levels are fine, but there is some evidence of leaking but cannot find origin. Unit is still under warranty but Equalizer wants pictures. Dealer has cleaned the hydraulic unit up so no evidence of leaks. Any thoughts?

The first and the simplest thing to try is greasing ( there's a zert just above where the cylinder comes out of the barrel) and then spraying the cylinders with a lubricant, if you can get them to come down.

Can you hear the hydraulic pump running when trying to raise or lower?
If so, does it seem to be straining as under a load, or running freely?
If your dealer has been in there "cleaning" they may have screwed up something.
Check the plugs on the pump's solenoid valves and be sure they are clean and secured.
My 5th wheel's pump leaked at the motor seal, maybe 30-40 drips worth of oil, but still worked fine until it was replaced under warranty.
