Exterior Radio/DVD

I went to turn on the exterior radio and TV. Radio/DVD will not power up. TV has power. I checked the fuse and its good. I removed the drawer in the bedroom for access to the back of the unit all wiring seems intact. This is on a 2016 31UL.

I have the same unit and year. Radio runs on 12volt. Tv is 110v. Have you checked all your dc fuses below the bed? Good luck.

I can offer only one suggestion. Remove the face plate on the radio and reattach to be sure it's nested correctly.
