EZ Pass mounting location on Precept

Where do you mount your ez pass on a class A? I just received mine and it came with no instructions. The NY ez pass website was not very helpful, showing mounting instructions for a bus it says at bottom center of windshield. Also they are sending me a new tag for my toad when it is being towed. Anyone have any experience with ez pass in motorhome and toads? Thanks for any info.

We mounted ours up high in the middle of the windshield about a foot below the top line. Haven’t had any problems with it. I don’t know what pass they are giving you for your tow vehicle, we have a blue one from New York when towing that counts for the motorhome and the jeep. When not towing the jeep has its normal every day pass which I take down when towing to avoid double charges. The motorhome has a different one for it for when you’re not towing. And we have a third one just for the state of Florida because they can’t seem to interconnect their Sunpass where the EZ Pass despite a federal law said that it was supposed to happen last year. We haven’t been to Texas so we’ve avoided getting a fourth one there because of the same lack of interconnectivity .

Thanks for the info. Yes they are sending me a blue tag for the toad. So does that go in the toad or in the coach with the regular tag?
