Ford Transmission Issue

We have had our 2014 Jayco Precept Class A at the Ford Truck shop, for over a week now, and do not have a time frame on getting the transmission repaired, and get our home back. Has anyone had any transmission problems with this unit? The transmission just started slippings a little bit when we got to San Marcus TX , we did make it to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and put it in the shop. The unit only has 15k miles on it, and has not been overworked at all.

I have a 2017 Precept and have an issue with a clunking noise only when shifting into overdrive.

27k on the clock on our 2017 Alante (I assume it has the same tranny as above) with no issues.

Did the dealer mention a diagnostic trouble code??
