Generator don't continue running after start.

Gen shuts down after about 1 min run time. Full gas tank, gen doesn't get to come on line. What can I do?

Count the code flashes on the start button. That will normally tell you why.

Mine did that about a month after we bought the motorhome. I could prime the gen and it would start and run for maybe a minute, then shut down. I crawled under the generator and traced the fuel line back to the tank. Jayco had attached the fuel line to the tank with a ziptie which had dropped down the line and with road vibration (or whatever) the line had twisted and kinked. I straightened the line and secured with a metal clamp and haven't had a problem since.

Have you looked at the fault code? I have attached a page from the manual that describes how to read the codes. I was going to send the entire document but it was too large for this forum. If you can read the code I can send that page from the document.

I am not sure if the fault codes are going to tell you if the gas is bad or the carb is gummed up. Two major issues with not running or start and shutting down so the question has to be asked.
1. How old is the gas in the tank?
2. Had it been dosed with a stabilizer (SeaFoam or similar)
3. Has it been exercised on a regular basis to prevent gummed carb?

If all of those answers are yes and as you say it starts but shuts down, it is not spark so then it almost has to be fuel starvation from something. Pinched line, etc.
