In your upper left cabinet where your antenna wires and DVD player is located there should be a switch box for your three TV. The switch box has four HDMI ports on it. Plug into one of the ports. Then when you want to watch your Chromecast just switch the box to that port on which ever TV you want to watch.

I have a 2015 31 UL, which doesn't have that type of configuration, unfortunately. Which model do you have?

Hmmm, they must have changed the A/V set-up in the '16. We insert DVDs through the Clarion Radio between the driver and passenger and it plays on the dinette TV.

Guess I'll have to find another way. Thanks for your help.

Thank you.

Hi McGarrett, In our travels, we found an iPhone to HDMI adapter at Walmart. No wifi is needed to use it, just the data plan on your phone. We are grandfathered with unlimited data so it works for us.

Thank you Marie. How's the Entegra? Great I'm sure!! Enjoy your summer!

My problem with the HDMI is getting behind the TV and plugging in and having to unplug to drop the TV as its configured in the 31UL over the dinette. Haven't figured that one out just yet.

HDMI cable to dinette TV

I just made a small modification to use the HDMI on the TV. I have a couple different inputs that I use so need a simple way to plug them in. (2nd monitor for my laptop, Apple TV to connect iPhone to TV to see pictures on the large screen, HDMI wireless device to connect to Dish Receiver).

I drilled a 1" hole in the composite counter top (back left side) to run a power strip and a 6' HDMI cable.
Then removed the access panel under the table to position the power cord on the floor and fasten so it will not get in the way of the TV raising/lowering mechanism and plug in to the electric outlet on the floor.
Plug the HDMI cable in the side of the TV and fasten with sufficient slack to allow for the up and down positions and out of the way of getting caught in the movement
Now you will have a HDMI cable available to plug into what ever device you want and power available without using the front facing outlets.

Hope this may be helpful. Here is a picture ...

Tinman - Thanks for the suggestion & picture. That's a great solution. I'm going to look into that.

I'm guessing that the HDMI cable was attached to the TV through the method you posted earlier in this thread?
