I would get some Reflectix bubble duct wrap and put a cut to fit piece behind the shade against the glass. That will cut down heat loss much more than just the shades. Also works to keep out sun heat and stops fading and sun deterioration. Covering roof vents and skylights for better results.

Great during storage summer or winter. Available Lowes, Home, Menards, etc.

Means less heat used and less AC needed.

My son did that for his in Minnesota, but we live in Florida and don't need much help on heating. It was down to 27 last night so I pulled the blinds down just to see if it might help. Last week I bought 2 small electric space heaters (like to stay on campground power) and my furnace didn't have to run all night.

Check the slides too for heat loss. Don’t have a class a, but ended up cutting some pool noodles in half to jam under one slide where I believe a great deal of heat was escaping. These are just what I had on hand but in the end the colors help me remember to remove them.

We also put reflectix in the windows and put the shades down. It does help. We have a 27A and found that right above the gas pedal there is an opening to the outside. Blocked that with insulation. Al’s filled the area in behind steering wheel column. The outside tv area also leaks air. We took the tv off and removed metal panel and insulated in that area. Also on our current trip we put some reflectix on the floor under 2 2x10 rugs. Made a difference. Also made a foam board insulation block for the stairwell and cover the door with foam board and insulated curtain!! It was 23 degrees couple nights ago outside and we were able to keep it around 50 with one electric heater turned on around 1:30. Then the propane at 4

No, not really. Nothing significant.

27 degrees is a walk in the park weather! Any extra lays will always help slow heat loss.

With your class A your biggest potential issue is pipe locations. They may run under the floor exposed to the elements, they will freeze before anything else.
