How to use this tool

I own a Jayco Alante 29S 2019 bought use. Still learning about it.

I found out that this tool is to raise and lower down the front bunk bed over the driver and co-driver, in case of power failure. This is what Jayco told me, but I can't figure out how to use it or where the crank goes. Hopefully someone in this group knows more than me

Thank you in advance for your answer.

I just receive a email stating that goes in the front cupboard over the driver side there should be a shaft were the crank goes in. Will confirm that too let you know.

that's correct, i.e., that's where the motor is.
