2023 Precept 36A with combo W/D, generator, bench couch, non-full body paint for $143,000 + TTL.

It's my first Class A, so I dont know if I should wait until the RV market continues to collapse and wait for a better deal on one of these or on another 5th wheel.

Seems like an OK price but they wont go any lower...

They are going for ~158k by me so relatively speaking its a good price. I would bet if its still there in February you'll do even better !

Looks like a good price. My local dealer does not have a 36A in stock. There other Precepts are going for about 22-23% below MSRP.

I found one with a MSPR list price of $220K. If yours has the similar features, this would be a 35% off MSRP, which is the normal pre-covid discounting.
