Anybody know how to remove the factory caulk that is smeared all over the place on the sides of my 2016 Alante? (Not the dicor on the roof) I tried my finger nail and couldn't budge it. So thought it was time to ask since I don't want to damage the finish.

Same on my Alante, caulk smeared all over, and gaps. I had Jayco CS send me 3 tubes of matching caulk, part# 0247342, champ sealant #465, color Cobblestone. They also sent me 2 tubes of interior sealer. I guess the squeakier wheel gets the sealer
I used an adhesive remover (Goo Gone) to remove the smears, works well and as you say leaves the good stuff. Found several gaps in the front cap joints. This also works well when you are renewing any spots to smooth out and help match up with the older caulk. just takes some elbow grease.
