jayco precept model GSWH tankless water Heater not working

not working, what do I look for? Does it have a reset button to look for?

I have a Precept with a tankless heater Google it there is a youtube video that shows you the reset button just take off the cover and pop the button Its small and hard to fin the the video will help . It happens from time to time when the water gets too hot

With these Girard heaters, it helps if you also post which model (version) you have. If you have one with a dial / rheostat that controls the temperature then yes, there's a small white reset button. I've had to press mine a couple of times.


I'm told that if you have the Girard with the digital panel then there's no reset button but a different procedure outlined on their website

Hi,
I have a gswh=2. Less than a year old and on our first long
Trip it stopped working. I was getting an error code 6, did a
Bunch of research then called Girard directly. It ended up being
A water outlet probe, they sent it right out.
If you open the access door for the water heater, then remove
The control panel cover there will be an on, off switch that works
As a reset.
