You don't want the couch to be too comfortable, or they may NOT leave......

Curious (for future reference). What kind/size lazyboy do you get?
Install it yourself?

We have not pulled the trigger, a few problems to overcome.

We wanted a love seat recliner or movie chairs, we are having a problem with overall depth when placed 6 inches from the wall to allow full recline.

Then we said heck with the recliner and just get a comfortable love seat. That is what we decided upon. Then we figured out the back doesn't come off the love seat or sofas like the recliners. On some models the legs will come off.

We are currently trying to figure out if we can get a love seat through the door with the legs removed. The recliners are not a door problem. Go figure....

Nothing has been easy trying to replace the factory sofa.
