Jensen JRV215N problem

Picked up our coach today from Lazydays Knoxville and the Jensen JRV215N head is dead except for a flickering light inside the unit. I can see it flicker through the dvd loading slot.

Yes, I read the manual and tried the reset button. Unplugged the power from the head also, no change.

It does not respond when pressing or pressing and holding the power button.

Any ideas from this crowd? Normally I wouldn’t call this a big deal and work on it when I get back home but would like to watch the toad tomorrow when we leave.

Disconnected the house and engine batteries today for 5 minutes. Jensen still dead, just blinking lights.

Looking for recommendations for a replacement.

I just had the same thing happen to me. Sorry you got no responses but maybe you can help me. What did you end up doing to solve your problem?

Just in case someone else reads this thread. I contacted the company that provides the Jensen to Jayco and they replaced the unit at no charge even though it was out of warranty.

I do not recall the name of the supplier but they were local to Middlebury, IN. Sorry.
