Keyless entry for Precept/Clas

I'd like to replace our standard door handle with a keyless version, but I'm having a bit of difficulty locating one with the proper fit.

Our current handle assembly measures 7 5/8" high and 5 1/4" wide, with the handle in the center. (Sorry, photo is rotated 90° to left.)

Any recommendations?

Yeah, when we bought our Precept I went and look at RVLOCK.com but after sending them a pics of this same one they said that they didn't have anything to fit it, so since that been last July maybe they might have something that will fit now. I don't know of any other one that make keyless entry lock like rvlock.com but I'm sure they are some out there but you can try going to there website, www.rvlock.com.

I went to the website and it look like the same pics that I sent them to see if they had one but it look like they still don't but you might try calling them.

Hey!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately right now we do not have any handles compatible with yours! It is possible that we will have one soon though! Our new Atlas handle should work with some modification, but we do not yet have that ready yet!

Check back with us in a few months and we should hopefully have a solution or at least news for you then!

See you on the road!

30 different sellers of keyless locks on Amazon site. I saw your measurements, you may have to remove the lock to get additional measurements. Free returns at any UPS store.

I want to find one that has the same exterior "footprint" as we have now, so I won't have to cut anything to make it fit.

I think I'll just wait until RVLocks has one available again.

2022 Jayco Precept Keyless lock impossible to find

We have a 2022 Jayco Precept 34G, and the lock has some difficulties...I can't find a digital keypad with FOB anywhere for my Jayco...it's like nobody makes that kind of keypad locks for class-A motorhomes..I would really appreciate any hint about this ..thank you

A wireless deadbolt lock I saw on Amazon May work. I searched…”wireless deadbolt lock”. The lock that may work is an inside surface mounted deadbolt lock. The lock is a battery operated deadbolt. If the factory lock was left unlocked, and the deadbolt was locked the door could not be opened. Pushing the button on the key fob would unlock the deadbolt and allow the door to be opened with the factory door handle. The unit is supposed to give a warning sound when new batteries are needed. I know it would work in my RV but I’m unfamiliar with some of the others mentioned. It might be worth checking out. Keep in mind that there is no RV door that will stop a determined thief with a pry bar.
