Location of Battery Isolator 2016 Alante 31L

I want to install a Trik-L-Start in my 2016 Alante 31L. It connects to the Battery Isolator or Emergency Start Relay. Can someone tell me where to locate this?

Thanks

Just a note. When you are on shore or generator power, both house & engine batteries are being charged.

Thanks, but with a solar panel, the T-L-S will keep the engine battery charged all the time when it doesn't have shore or genny power.

Good idea. I'll look today on my 2016 31ul precept and report back.

Bhenry44, the battery isolator is located on the left side of the battery compartment. Fortunately the terminals at the top are clearly marked for the coach & chassis battery's. See the picture below. Good luck.

Are you trying to give me a headache with the photo of Jayco wiring? It hurts just looking at at it! After spending the last 34 years doing commercial and industrial electrical work I can't stand to look at my coaches wiring. I am slowly going thru and untangling it all and dressing it up.

I too have spent about the same number of years in the electrical field. Jayco needs to step up the plate in the wiring department. It is by far the worst wiring have ever seen. Just look under the bed or in the center consul behind the radio/entertainment center? I feel sorry for the dealers service center trying to figure electrical problems. Take a couple of aspirins.

Great picture. By Battery compartment do you mean the one under the hood in the engine compartment or the one where the house battery is located?

That would be next to the house batteries.
