Location of Schwintek slide controllers in 2016 Precept 35UN

My bed and wardrobe slides are not responding to their switches, both are stuck out. The owner's manual says locate the controllers in a basement, check fault codes, override the switches from there. I have searched for the controllers in all basements and everywhere I can think of, in cabinets, behind drawers, etc, with no luck.

Does anyone else have a 2016 Precept 35UN and know where the controllers are located? Or a similar floorplan? Or any other suggestions?
