If you have pressure regulator for in line with the hose remove it to make sure it is not malfunctioning. Consider and in line pressure gauge (my pressure regulator has one for example). Start by installing it at the CG spigot. Then move it close to the trailer and start from there. After that, I would try the onboard water pump to see if there is a difference. By his time, you will have narrowed down as much as possible.

Check the faucet aerators for crud. Unscrew them from faucet and clean them. Water savers plug very easy.

Brad, if you have a Precept, you have a water filter in your water bay. It has a bypass set up (for winterizing). Bypass the filter and see if that corrects your lack of pressure.
Do you have your settings correctly set for city water? They are a bit confusing at times.
Also, there is a filter screen inside the fresh water connection in the water bay. Pull it to check if it is stopped up.
Still thinking..............
