Parrott, I also have a 31UL, 2018, I found a roller bearing that appears to be from the kitchen slide, outermost roller on the rear end. How are you getting access to that when it's under the cabinets?
It’s a real pain but if it’s the outside bearing you can actually get to it from the outside. You have to remove the rubber piece that seals the metal track. The inside bearing, I cut an access panel in behind the cabinet. Tough getting inside the cabinet but can be done.
