thanks for the photo William... this seems easy enough.

did you simply use bolts and washers to secure it?

This is Dave55 responding. I used a flathead machine bolt with a washer, lockwasher and nut on the backside.[emoji39]

Yes my only concern at first was air flow it ran cool last year on a 100 degree + day.

My concern, the way that the front of the 2017 Precept is designed, is that the lower area where you would mount a license plate appears to be two layers of fiberglass with an air gap in between. That would seem to rule out bolts and nuts, due to the possibility of creating a crack - maybe not immediately but over time.

On my 2016 precept ul31, when I drilled through the fiberglass it was solid - no air gap. Maybe they made a change for 2017. If you don't over tighten the bolts I wouldn't think there would be a problem.

Our 2018 35S has 2 bolts already mounted on the front. Haven't installed the plate yet, but they're there when I get it.
