New concern delamination

I noticed on the corner of the main slideout wall a bubble about 5" wide. I have had no water issues on this wall. Is it possible that the luan was not glued to the fiberglass wall properly? Has anyone else seen this on there Precept?

This is a picture of the bubble. It starts in this lower corner and ends just past the decal.
I have removed 2 lower screws looking for rust but found none. I resealed all seams just to be sure no water is getting in.

Have you sealed along top and side edge of window? My guess is if water is getting in and delaming what appears to be a big area its coming in around window. Its possible, but not probable for water to be "wicking" up from picture frame trim on slide. If it were leaking around picture frame trim for a long time you would have a soft floor in the slide. Check under your sofa sleeper.
