New Precept 31UL
Hi everyone,
New to this group and looking for info.
Just inked a contract for a Precept 31UL. Pick up January or February. Any issues I need to be aware of before piking it up or going through the delivery process.
Currently have a Winnebago Trend 23B. Only had a couple of months and it turned out to just be to small. Precept seems to go to opposite end of the spectrum but it seemed quite attractive and reasonably priced.
Did I make a good decision?

Been there done that too. Loved the trend to drive but I had to step outside to change my mind. Precept's are goo vehicles. We liked Jayco over Winnie. Why we bought a Coachmen over a Precept is a long story over dealer greed.

Congratulations, and welcome on board! We picked up our 35UN last month, so far we love it, we have a couple of minor issues and a modification that will be dealt with at the dealer, Our headlights are pointing too far down, a piece of molding needs replacement, we are changing out the bedroom door from the accordion door to a sliding door. So far this forum has been so very helpful, looking forward to hearing about your adventures! Good luck!

New 31UL
Thanks to all who have responded. From what I have been reading I am quite sure I am going to get a lot of good info and help from everyone.
I agree about the Trend. Great to drive but needed a little pill to make it bigger at night. Hope I didn't get to big with a 32 footer. Going to love the floor space though.

I went from a 22 foot C class to the 32 foot 2015 Precept 29UM. I was a bit nervous about driving one at first. But I watched a 41 minute video on how to drive a Class A prior to taking delivery. I then drove 5 hours to a track, stayed for 2 days, then drove back...while towing a 7 foot wide, 12 foot long V-nose trailer...with no problems. As long as you stay engaged and use some common sense while driving, they are not hard to drive. Personally, I forget that I'm driving a big, several ton vehicle and I find it more relaxing to drive than my Honda Pilot.
